Welcome to the Document Center Feature Tour of Live Online Meeting™. This tutorial is designed to give you an overview of the Document Center feature tool available to you in your Live Online Meeting™ room. The Live Online Meeting™ Document Center feature allows you to post files to your own private folder only accessible to guests in your meeting room. As an operator you can give Document Center access to individual guests or all your guests. This feature is great for posting training and marketing materials, and other documents you need to distribute to your guests. By default, guests have "Text" rights only. You will need to give your guests permission to upload and/or download files to and from your Document Center using the "Guest Properties" menu. In most cases, you will only need to enable the "Download Documents" setting only, allowing your guests to download training materials you have posted for them. (See the Guest Management Tutorial for more information on setting guest permissions.)
