Welcome to the Feature Tour of Live Online Meeting. This tutorial is designed to give you an overview of each of the feature tools
available to you in your Live Online Meeting room.
Co-Browser
The Live Online Meeting Co-Browser tools allows you as an operator to browse and "push" web sites in real-time to
all the guests in your meeting room. As you click on web site links and navigate around the internet, your guests
will see the same pages you see. This is a great way to give your guests a virtual how-to tour of your company
web site, a registration and order process, or marketing training.

White Board
The Live Online Meeting White Board tools allows you to import photos and images into a common viewing screen and then
add text notes and draw shape objects to illustrate concepts to your meeting room guests. You can prepare and save
White Board sessions to your computer before your meeting and then quickly reload them on the fly during your live
conference. You also have the ability to give White Board access to individual or all guests allowing them to interact
with the presentation.

Video Conferencing
Video Conferencing allows you as an operator to broadcast a live video feed from your computer to all the guests in your
meeting room. This feed can be from your personal web cam, or a video broadcast from a video camera connected to your
computer. You also have the ability to give Video Conferencing access to individual guests (*up to 6 simultaneously)
allowing them to broadcast video during the meeting creating a virtual roundtable of guests.
*Number of simultaneous video connections, size, and quality depends on the internet conenction of all room guests.

Document Center
The Document Center allows you to post files to your own private folder only accessible to guests in your meeting room.
As an operator you can give Document Center access to individual guests or all your guests. This feature is great for
posting training and marketing materials, and other documents you need to distribute to your guests.

Live Desktop
The Live Online Meeting Live Desktop tools allows you to broadcast your computer desktop, a specific area of your desktop,
or a specific program running on your computer to all the guests in your meeting room. This feature allows you to show
PowerPoint presentations and Excel files, demonstrate graphics and editing programs, or any other program running on your
computer all in real-time.

Live Polling Tool
Create and "push" real-time polls to the guests in your meeting room. As an operator you have the ability to pre-build
a series of questions and multiple choice answers, and control over the length of time your guests have to complete
your poll. With real-time results you will be able to see the results as they come in and then "push" the results for
everyone to see. Give your guests the ability to interact with your meetings feel like they are part of the team.

Live Online Meeting Recorder
Live Online Meeting has a built in recording function that allows both Operators and Guests to record the entire online meeting
from start to finish as it was presented, including the audio, video, messaging, co-browser, and any on-screen elements. You have
the ability to record just the audio, or both the audio and screen as a complete replayable video.
