Welcome to the White Board Feature Tour of Live Online Meeting™.
This tutorial is designed to give you an overview of the White Board feature tool available to you in your Live Online Meeting™ room.
The Live Online Meeting™ White Board tools allows you to import photos and images into a common viewing screen and
then add text notes and draw shape objects to illustrate concepts to your meeting room guests. You can prepare and save
White Board sessions to your computer before your meeting and then quickly reload them on the fly during your live conference.
You also have the ability to give White Board access to individual or all guests allowing them to interact with the presentation.

You can use the Operator White Board Tool Pallete to draw simple shape objects, import photos, and write text. If you want your guests
to be able to interact with the images on the White Board, you can give them "Guest Rights" to the White Board from the Guest Rights
drop down panel, or right-click on a guest to asign rights to individual guests.

Cursor Tool - Use to select, resize, and move items, shapes, or photos placed on the white board.

Pen Tool - Use to draw freesytle lines, shapes, and notes on the white board.

Line Tool - Use to draw straight lines.

Rectangle Tool - Use to draw filled rectangle shapes. Both the outline and fill colors can be set.

Circle Tool - Use to draw filled circle shapes. Both the outline and fill colors can be set.

Text Tool - Use to type standard text areas. The font, color, and size can be set.

Load White Board - Use to load a previously saved White Board session.

Save White Board - Use to save a White Board Session. All placed items are saved.

Save White Board As - Use to save a White Board Session with a specific file name.

Export White Board - Use to export the entire white board area as an image file. (JPG, GIF, BMP)

Picture Tool - Import an image from your computer or capture a portion of your desktop screen.

Eraser - USe to clear the White Board of all on-screen items.

Tool Settings - Use to change the Color, Font, Size settings of the shape and text items.

Auto Hide - When selected the White Board tool pallete with slide off-screen until needed.
