Welcome to the Guest Management tutorial of Live Online Meeting™. This tutorial is designed to teach you how to manage guest rights and permission settings in your Live Online Meeting room. As an Operator you have the ability to give user "rights" or permission to your guests, as a group or indivually, to use the various tools and features within your Live Online Meeting™ session. By default, all guests in your meeting room are giving "Text" permissions in the "Guest Rights" panel located on the right side of the meeting room window. This allows them to communicate through the built-in chat messaging system. The "Guest Rights" panel allows you to grant user rights for any of the other features to everyone in the meeting at once, but this is not recommended. A room with 20 guests all having Voice or Co-Browser control rights can get out of hand very fast. The better solution is to give specific rights to individual guests as needed using the "Guest Properties" menu.
