This feature would allow you to generate a guest pass for anyone to access your room. The system would send it to their email. You have the option to receive a copy and choose how long a guest pass will be valid.
Custom Registration Pages
This feature would allow you to create an unlimited number of forms that you
upload to your websites. When a visitor or paying client accesses that
form, they could create their own guest pass to login to your room. You could indicate how long the guest pass will be valid to access your room.
Meeting Participant Snapshots
The purpose of an online meeting room is to add a “human touch” factor to
the environment that cannot be achieve in a telephone conversation. Giving
everyone the ability to upload their image to be displayed above their username
is a great way to put faces with everyone shown in the meeting.
Web Tour - “IFrame”
Compatibility
Many services that do have the web tour/co-browser feature, cannot effectively
push web pages to others in the meeting if the page contains an IFrame.
(Typically pages that have an audio player installed on them.) This
feature would allow you to load even these types of pages without any problem
during your meetings.
Multi-Language Interface
Switch the language option if you plan to invite people to your meeting room who do not speak English. Then generate a guest pass for that person and the system will send the invitation for you. Your meeting participant would then open your meeting room and see the entire system in his/her language.
