	When you need participants to download a file, simply load that page and instruct them to click the download links. The bandwidth they use to do so does not affect the conference server.

The Problem With Most Web Conferencing Programs

The problem with most web conferencing systems today is that they are web browser dependent or specific. This means if I.E. is not the default browser (AOL subscribers), then a user must change the default browser. If at least a certain version of I.E. is not installed, a huge download is required to upgrade.

Another problem is that most systems require users to have special programs installed. These programs and components are generally; Java, Virtual Machine, Flash and Windows Media or Real-Audio. If a user does not have ALL OF THESE components, they will fail to load the web conferencing program.
